KIM Architectural Services focus on Construction Working Drawings for Residential Housing Developments from 1 off houses to larger phased housing schemes, also undertaking Residential extensions.

KIM Architectural Services are able to act as Agent for Planning Applications and Building Control Applications, using a wealth of Specialised Consultants who will individually cater for your requirements.

Drawings are generally computer generated and can be produced as basic 2D line drawings or perspective presentations. We are also able to prepare realistic photo-montages of proposed designs linked to actual photographs.

We give an all inclusive design service adapted to the individual’s needs and consistent guidance and advice given to assist you as the client and the builder to achieve the best possible result.

The scope of KIM Architectural Services involvement can be tailored to suit your needs, whilst we are happy to provide just a set of working drawings; we are able to fully co-ordinate consultants information for all of the building elements and submit drawings to NHBC or the Local Authority for approval.
